In-person and remote diagnostic solutions for companies in all sectors are at the core of our service portfolio. Our PERLS® web application provides a flexible framework for combining psychometric online assessments, knowledge tests and self-assessment modules and integrating them into the customer’s technical infrastructure. Psychometrician / Statistician / Psychologist with a Focus on Statistics (m/f/x)


What you’ll do here

In this position, you’ll pursue your passion for deriving projections and actionable results from diagnostic data collected through self-assessments, recruitment processes and potential analysis projects. You’ll optimise assessments and feedback reports and play an active role in both designing our products and solutions and improving them day after day.

Conceptually, you’ll contribute new ideas and work closely with the IT development team to advance our assessment landscape. You’ll also support our consultants, with whom you’ll share your expertise on specific psychometric questions. You’ll take an advisory role in these situations and work with the consultants to implement projects around studies and analyses for our customers.

Our psychometric team has new approaches and many innovative projects in the pipeline. Accordingly, you can look forward to helping to design these in a dynamic working environment where new ground is enthusiastically broken with scientific support.

What you’ll bring

  • A Master’s degree in psychology, statistics or related subjects.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistics/psychometrics (e.g. IRT, structural equation modelling).
  • Professional experience with R; knowledge of Sweave/LaTex would be an advantage.
  • Very good verbal and written German or English (C1) for project coordination and result processing.
